Bartosz Malinowski

Co-founder & Operations Director

More than 14 years of experience in façade design and design management in the UK, gained close to the realities of construction. Scope includes studio operations, project delivery, delivery quality and process development.

Focus

Design management, façade delivery, QA and team organisation.

Tools and technology

Work systems, automation and tools that support quality and control throughout the design process.

Outside work

Big façades at work. Small miniatures after hours. In between: family, travel and basketball.

Łukasz Michałowski

Co-founder & Technical Director

Façade engineer and specialist with over a decade of experience on projects in the UK. He combines practical knowledge of façade systems with the development of standards, technology and tools that help the team design more efficiently, accurately and predictably.

Focus

Technical development, façade systems, design standards, QA and support for complex and non-standard solutions.

Tools and technology

BIM, CAD automation, parametric design, R&D and development of internal design tools.

Outside work

Łukasz is passionate about travel and builds his LEGO collection together with his sons.

Piotr Samela

Senior Designer

More than 25 years of experience in glass and aluminium design, gained on projects across three continents, from fully glazed buildings in Dubai to high-rise projects in London. Experience covers construction, fabrication and as-built documentation.

Focus

Curtain walling, rainscreen façades, windows and doors, rooflights, glass canopies and balustrades.

Tools and technology

Advanced CAD tools, Revit and MB-CAD.

Outside work

A science-fiction enthusiast who appreciates the possibilities of AI, but would happily already be designing in VR.

Przemysław Jagieło

Senior Designer

Engineer with close to 20 years of experience in the façade industry. Practice in design and manufacturing environments allows him to connect fabrication detailing with the realities of construction. His experience has developed from designer through to team leadership and multidisciplinary coordination. He is committed to continuous development, combining an engineering background with postgraduate studies in Project Management and Agile methodologies.

Focus

Stick curtain walling, rainscreen façades, windows and doors, hardware, automation and access control, and thermal analysis.

Tools and technology

AutoCAD (dynamic blocks, LISP), Autodesk Inventor, THERM, MB-CAD and Logikal.

Outside work

Good music and loud listening sessions that are not always met with enthusiasm by the neighbours.

Agnieszka Śliżewska

Designer

20 years of architectural experience gained on European and UK projects. Specialises in architectural detailing, with a focus on keeping technical solutions aligned with the design concept, aesthetics and function of the building.

Focus

Architectural detailing, construction documentation, coordination and alignment between technical solutions and architectural intent.

Tools and technology

BIM environment and AutoCAD.

Outside work

Coffee awakens the senses, photography captures emotions. I enjoy both.
